Tween a Rock & a Hard Place

Amidst the rugged terrain an orchid finds a nice little nook to nestle and grow. Tiny and pretty it stands swaying in the wind. A pitcher plant is no less hardy with so little soil and i suppose much less nutrients to grow in. They all learned to adapt and survive on what is available to them. Much there is for us to learn from them. Taking a lesson from them i learn to adapt to the rugged terrain and regulate my breathing on this long & steep incline. Arduous as it may seem it is now a test of iron wills to keep moving, keep trekking and not stop.

A green tea tree or so claims one of Ahmad's Twelve. At 1707hrs meow & i sighted fellow humans...they are Ahmad's Twelve standing atop our destination. What a relief for todays trek is finally at an end. Jaya holds aloft a bottle of Pepsi Twist and shouts, "come up and i'll give you a sip of this!"
We both sigh a sigh of relief.
