Crash Site

The pilots still a bit dazed from the crash and seeing things.

Story has it this plane crashed on these mountains and was smashed to smitterins over a rather wide area on the side of the mountain. The engine is further down the mountain side. The fuselage and engine are in different places.
The wings and some parts of the body was brought up to this trail as a monument to the downed plane suspected to be a World War II plane. No insignia was found on the remains. Can't be a Zero as it's not white in colour.

This is probably the only clue to the origins of the downed plane. British perhaps? Any ideas people? The engine parts are down the valley below somewhere for an exhausted me to want to climb down and investigate so for the mean time i'll take whatever story they tell me.
