First Trip of 2010

I have never been much for travelling even though i have an adventurous spirit. It was always work, tied down by work, no days off, can't get leave and oh...no money la!!!

Last year i did quite a bit of travelling as many of my friends have been generously informing me and at times i hear a tinge of envy. I almost did a trip every 2 months. Almost. Even my boss was thinking..."Darn! How come you still got leave?" The secret to this was having a partner who loves travelling and who was more than excited to show me around and bring me around and she was also the one checking up AirAsia every now and then for best buys and interesting destinations to go to. Most of the trips that we went on were all on best buys...like Macau, Phuket, Jakarta and the one we did not get to go on...Manado. So i sort of have a travel advisor, she advices me when there is a best buy and once we agree on dates, we book em!

That is how my first trip in 2010 was booked way in July at the stroke of midnight before we left for Redang at a very affordable RM380 return trip for two to Hainan Island on Jan 29th, 2010.
