Declaration

Upon check-in at Taman Negara Sungei Relau Perhilitan office we were required to empty our bags and declare our worldly possesions. We were required to count and declared the amount of plastics we carry in to the forest so that we bring it all back out cause all that plastic will take hundreds perhaps millions of years to biodegrade or maybe perhaps not.

Another reason is so that we do not litter and endanger the ecology and environment of the forest. Meow and I had lotsa instant food and choc bars but the rest of the Twelve had ikan kering, petai, budu and a whole lot of real food and they also had less in their packs making us look like kiasu idiots.

Less is more applies here as we two buggers would be carrying all that access and processed food from Merapoh to Kuala Tahan for the 7days...on our backs!
