Bloomin Orchids

It would not be me to not blog about flora or fauna especially when i was fortunate enough to look heavenward and see a piece of God's handiwork.

Perched on the angsana trees that abound on Harrison Street (now known as Jalan Lim Swee Aun) and the surrounding areas are these white orchids. I know not their name but have heard them been refered to as Merpati Putih...White Dove orchids. Like an extention to the angsana trees that they attach to, they make it look as if the angsanas' are in full bloom.

Fresh buds awaiting their time to bloom and a white shower of them in full bloom.

Moral of the story... Look not dead ahead but around, up and down as well, lest we miss the beauty that abounds the very path that we take.
