A Good Pig
Since we are on the topic of pigs...i still think and i am sure many do too, that a good pig is one served in these little bowls, claypots or what nots. These morsels of flesh and spare parts are courtesy of a restaurant in Klang town called Restoran Chow Kiap...err Kiat. The best in Klang? I wouldn't know and i don't really care...all i know it is good enough to eat and it's making me hungry. Tiew...that's cantonese for not getting your Pig!

I thought good BKT comes in claypot one?
Not all good things come in claypots. Some come in bowls and some in nothin at all. :)
