Grove Junction

I don't normally advertise...especially for free :) but i must share this place with y'all. Groove Junction was introduced to me by one senorita Rosalyn, who has been pestering me to go...saying "you must go, you won't regret this!" So finally when i had the opportunity a week ago, i brought along some newfound friends to experience this place.

Tuesday nite happened to be bossa nova nite...and when this very cina(pronounced as the baba's do) man set up his stool and did his sound checks i was like...hmmm very sceptical. So i went back to enjoying the company of my friends until showtime began about 930ish. The moment the music played and this very cina looking man sang i was in love. Love filled the air like only the Bossa Nova can and when this man sang my jaw dropped! If astrud gilberto was there she would be more than impressed. Any brasilian would be convinced. I was transported to a bar in brasil that very moment...not that i have been there. It was magnifico! If you like latin...be there on tues. Other days i have no idea but it's jazzy stuff. I know i will come back some tues...again!

Nice cocktail this...Jazzy Ladies I think. Oh this Ellena's Lamb is simply magnificient! One bite and i am in love...yes yes i have much love in me. This is just superb. Even if you have high blood pressure...this is worth the risk, you would die happy! No regrets even. If you can't stand the smell of lamb...all i can say is...your loss and have you ever checked how you smelled? Tuff!

Bravo! I like this place already. I am definately bringing my dad for the lamb and as for the bossa nova, romantic candlelit dinner...that will happen too before end of July. Not many tues left to this month...so it's gonna be tight.
