Boots & JC sandal

These are my prized possesions, my Timberland boots and Teva's JC sandals...Jesus Christ sandals is what it is called cos Jesus wore similar looking footwear tho not in this color.

Let me introduce you to my trusted treking and travelling companions. Far left and in black mesh is my wet and dry half cut which has traversed the cold rushing waters of Chilling Waterfalls at KKB, FRIM's cool dragonfly mating river and the muddy trails of Bukit Cerakah...which has been replaced by the new name, Bukit Cahaya cos too many Cina kept calling the place Bukit Celaka. Takes to the water like Charlie and dries off rather quickly too.

Next to that, the dark skinned ankle cut fellow is a veteran of Penang Hill, Bunga Buah...which is now closed to trekkers... no thanx to Uncle Lim, FRIM. Has a pretty good grip on slopes and slanted inclines. It's now waiting for its next trek...which will only happen after chor chat...not advisable to go deep jungle trekking when there are so many hungry ghost about...so for now it's FRIM only.

JC sandal basically goes everywhere, she's a standby for all terrain and all purpose wear.

The classical Yellow Boot is basic footwear when i go khau lui or dating, window shopping, bird watching and mainly to look cool. The tanned looking brother of his is a gift from Stevo, it's a 30th anniversary edition, which i only found out last week from my good buddy at Timberland s boutique...yes they call them boutiques. Stylo mylo ma. Both these pairs...like the hailam brothers...are cool shoes dude.

Have boots will travel mate. Posted by Picasa
